Responsibilities:

Greet the Boutique clientele and identify their needs.
Advise both prospects and Club members on Nespresso products and services.
Inscribe new Boutique customers and create accounts, introduce the Boutique and Club services, assist customers in their selection during first purchase.
Develop a sense of coffee enjoyment for Club members and build awareness for full range of products.
Drive sales of Nespresso products presented in the Boutique (e.g. coffee, machines, accessories).
Manage the database on a daily basis and update customer records timely.
Provide premium after-sale service to customers e.g. conduct preliminary investigation / analysis of machine breakdowns and escalate to technical professionals if needed.
Check and verify payment transactions with standard procedures in the Boutique, send accurate information to Accounting department.
Manage the cash till and update Excel properly.
Create customer experience in the Boutique (e.g. ensure the products are properly demonstrated)

Requirements:

HKCEE/HKDSE or above
2 years or above of work experience in customer service & retail sales
Customer centric and proactive
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Excel
Native in Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin
Passionate in coffee and interested in Nespresso's products will be definite advantage
