Position Summary

A day in the life of...

• Prepare demand and supply plans for the assigned product categories and ensure forecasts are accurate
• Monitor demand and supply situations and recommend improvement actions for issues identified
• Prepare analysis on product promotions, new product launches, portfolio optimization and customer behaviors, etc.
• Maintain demand and supply planning system
• Propose and implement plans to improve demand and supply planning process efficiency and effectiveness

What will make you successful

• Degree holder in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in FMCG demand and supply planning
• Knowledge in managing distribution is an advantage
• Strong order planning management skills
• Data sensitive and excellent analytical skills
• Independent and good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills, knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
