Horeca Manager

Horeca Manager

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing the segment strategy, promote Nespresso's brand image and drive its business results as well as delivering best-in-class customer / consumer experiences.  Details of job scope are as follow:-
 

  • Drive sales and brand awareness; achieve sales & KPI targets as set by management
  • Develop and execute channel strategy, review & analyze channel performance & relevant data, share insights and provide recommendations
  • Take lead in making tactical and operational decisions; define and drive initiatives to achieve business growth
  • Strengthen customer base by exploring new customers; maintain good and long term relationship with existing clients; identify growth opportunities by understanding the end-consumer and customer needs
  • Manage and monitor the budget within the HORECA segment
  • Ensure adherence to Company principles, policies & procedures and comply with local laws and regulations

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Economics or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' B2B direct sales experiences, with at least 3 years' exposure in sales management
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • With strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
