Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and effective inbound, outbound, DC operations including repacking to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate and partner with repacking team of Logistics Service Provider for smooth and completeness of subcontracting request
• Ensure correctness of repacking billing record(s) and on-time submission of approved billings to F&C department for payment process
• Maintain report database and prepare regular management report on Supply chain performance and Inventory & Freshness visibility 
• Manage bad goods destruction process to meet compliance requirement and reduce storage cost
• Manage all inbound and outbound shipments and raise timely shipment alert 
• Regular engagement with factory to ensure production is planned according to the forecast shared by demand planner
   

Requirements:

• University graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or commerce related
• Minimum of 2 years solid supply chain in multinational working environment
• Operational experience in DSP, logistics & distribution
• Experience in ERP implementation, contract management a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
