Position Snapshot

Lead and drive the Sales team / Customer / Channel agenda in the business, cross company processes

A day in the life of...

  • Bring channel and customer insights in the business and translate the category plans into customer and channel plans
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activities. Drive Category and Brand strategy through insightful analyses, growth opportunities identification in customer reviews and business development              
  • Develop & implement of Channel & Category building plans to deliver targets for the year.
  • Develop & deploy the 4P strategy across all channels and customers for Brand/Category, aligned to total company and brand strategy, to drive execution excellence in stores      
  • Initiate and lead the Sales and Marketing Activity Calendar include the areas of NPD, promotions and campaigns which are executed on time in full and within budget

What will make you successful

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years’ FMCG and MNC experience with minimum 3 years trade category management experiences, experiences in cross-border channel management / e-business / FMCG / Healthcare category / infant formula category are in advantages
  • Capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams
  • Passion, Mature, Accountability, Good in influencing and attention to details
  • Be comfortable with working in a high pressure but rewarding environment
  • Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
