Senior Medical Delegate / Medical Delegate - Wyeth

Position Snapshot

Responsible for building and enhancing the image and the role of Wyeth Nutrition in the 1st 1000 days, with HealthCare Professionals and Institutions, within a specified territory, in order to compliantly drive recommendation/advocacy/prescriptions of products. As the institution specialist to consolidate data to support team head to secure hospital tenders, drive product sales and recommendations ethically and scientifically. 

A day in the life of...

  • Responsible for the sales generation in medical channel include private/public hospitals and clinics
  • Drive Maternal Infant milk formula share as well as the prenatal and infant supplements sales
  • Manage sales operations functions such as sales data processing, reporting, alignment management, medical CRM...etc.
  • Responsible for communicating ethically and delivering science based value propositions building the image and the role of Wyeth Nutrition with Health care professionals (HCP) and institutions
  • Manage and build relationship with external professional; Identify HCP KOLs to support business strategies; Leverage online and offline programs to engage HCPs to drive product science and recommendation                
  • Adheres to all Company principles & policies, WHO International Code, safety and legal regulations

What will make you successful

  • Degree holder or above in Science with Physiology/ Nutrition/ Medicine/Biology/ Pharmacology/Nursing/ Food sciences disciplines; Marketing or business related qualification will be advantage
  • A minimum of 3 years’ solid sales experience in medical/pharmaceutical field sales or other Human or Nutrition science related field                                                                     
  • Good experience in business development, strategic planning and channel development
  • Driving the business growth in each customer and capitalize all opportunities
  • Effective communication skills, able to engage and interact people for exceptional results
  • Energetic, passionate and eager to learn
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Medical Delegate
