Position Snapshot

Lead to ensure the execution excellence in assigned key account customer groups and drive for sales opportunities. Implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales and business objectives.

A day in the life of...

  • Develop and implement customer plan to drive business and results, align with overall sales and channel strategies as well as new product launch planning
  • Take the lead on terms and promotional deals negotiation while liaise for stronger customer support
  • Drive and implementation of agreed plans and programs; Implement creative campaigns to drive customers flow and sales
  • Maintain strong relations with customers, beyond buyers but also cross-functional leaders and store management
  • Facilitate excellence in execution based on good understanding of consumer, shopper and customer requirements
  • Liaise with internal and customers from management level down to store level
  • Develop strong partnership with customers/channel while building joint-working on any in-store initiatives
  • Look for white space expansion which is any sales opportunity at market and store level
  • Support ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned

What will make you successful

  • Degree holder or above in Business or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years’ solid customer development or trade marketing experience in FMCG multinational working environment.
  • Good experience in business development, strategic planning and channel development
  • Driving the business growth in each customer and capitalize all opportunities
  • Flexible and willing to take challenges in a dynamic environment; Ability to manage multiple priorities with good time management
  • Assertive, strong problem solving and analytical ability; Team player and flexible & open to new ideas
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
