  • Develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives

A day in the life of...

  • Build complete Customer Plan to drive the business
  • Provide support to the team to plan & execute for assigned Accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
  • To facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action
  • To execute promotion, availability and visibility plan for Key Accounts
  • To be accountable and be responsible to achieve agreed Key Account targets and KPIs
  • Adheres to all Company principles, policies and legal regulations
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior

What will make you successful

  • Tertiary Education or above with 5 years of sales & marketing experience in FMCG industry will be an advantage
  • Experience of key account management is preferred
  • Good Problem Solving, Positive thinking, high degree of self-motivation, reliable, persistent and result-orientated
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

 

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager
