Position Snapshot:

Drive total S-26 brand, translate brand essence into market specific programs by working closely with corporate/regional/Greater China marketing and various local functions to enhance brand positioning and communications. Formulate tactics and plan to drive sales, profit, market share and other brand health objectives

A day in the life of...

Brand management and marketing strategy

  • Drive and strengthen total brand equity by shaping the brand strategies
  • Collaborate with global/regional to accelerate innovation and renovation projects
  • Manage pricing strategy

Brand communication implementation

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing mix of thematic campaign and ATL with detailed programs and tactics to promote the brand
  • Define communication platform, collaborate with multiple functional teams and agencies to ensure consistent brand communications and messages
  • Manage agencies for media planning and implementation

Business objectives

  • Drive distribution, brand health KPIs, market share and sales of S26 base

Resources management

  • Prioritize investments and resources allocation for driving business results and cost effectiveness

Leadership and work across boundaries

  • Actively drive / take up organizational campaigns, policies, procedures and change
  • Collaborate closely with other functions to contribute overall business objectives

Integrity and Compliance

  • Adhere to relevant codes, standards, policies and standard operating procedures as well as regulations in accordance with local, regional and corporate requirements
  • Attend regular meeting and trainings to ensure self and subordinates good knowledge, skills and understanding of company standard

What will make you successful

  • Degree holder or above in Business or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years’ solid marketing leadership experience in FMCG multinational working environment.
  • Previous consumer marketing, brand & product management, NPD experience with successful track records is essential; Strong team leadership exposure with P&L responsibility
  • Good experience in strategic planning, project management, new product planning exposure
  • Flexible and willing to take challenges in a dynamic environment; Ability to manage multiple priorities with good time management
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
