Position Summary

(5-day work with flexible hour in Kowloon Bay)

 

You will lead the development of the assigned category, consistently build brand image and grow its value and market share by achieving the annual target.

 

You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects/programs with good business acumen, business planning from strategy development to execution, to drive the top and bottom-line growth, monitor the performance and manage the P&L for our designated brand.

A day in the life of...

  • Develop annual Integrated Commercial Planning, defining objectives, detailing strategies and budgets by identifying the key opportunities            
  • Responsible for managing innovation & renovation based on market trend and consumer insights which includes identifying opportunities, product conceptualizing, prepare and implement launch and post evaluation
  • Responsible for creating engaging brand experience through relevant consumer touch points            
  • Responsible for monitoring & analysing category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking as well as the brand P&L management
  • Responsible for proposing optimal Product Fixed Marketing Expenditure budgets for category / brands which is also properly reviewed and evaluated

What will make you successful

  • Degree holder in Marketing or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of brand management experience in consumer product categories; Knowledge in food nutrition and new product development will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated record of success in brand building based on consumer insights with good business acumen; Competent in analyzing consumer research and market data, conclude respective business action
  • Creative and proactive with strong interpersonal skills, with direct people management responsibility to develop and motivate subordinate
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese
