The role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager of Nespresso, responsible for collecting, combining and transferring data related to direct consumer, business clients, prospects, competitors as well as the market trend to support business decisions and uplift consumer experiences. Detailed job scope is as follows:-
- Collect, consolidate & analyze internal & external market data, and provide recommendation and propose actionable plans
- Develop the consumer journey strategy, include brand positioning across all touchpoints, in line with global frameworks
- Oversee both B2B and B2C business by providing recommendations related to omni-channel consumer journey strategy, CRM plan, onboarding & loyalty strategies, etc.,
- Engage in planning and implementation of marketing activities based on data, and integrate with CRM program to achieve marketing goals
- Contribute to the marketing strategy to drive the performance of the different channels within the full consumer journey and evaluate effectiveness
- Prepare regular reporting on up-to-date data & insights for stakeholders’ review
- Act as primary spokesperson for all data quality and data privacy matters; Ensure & evaluate General Data Protection Regulation compliance, including 3rd party compliance
- Monitor and improve accessibility and quality of non-transactional data of customers (e.g. machine registration, opt-in rate)
- Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned
What will make you successful
- Degree holder in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ market insights / consumer insights experiences; preferably with previous exposure in direct-to-consumer communication, CRM programs and related project management
- Candidates with strong FMCG background will be an added advantage
- With solid experience in design thinking methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of SPSS/SAS or similar statistics package, and of Cognos / SQL or other data query tool
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
