Assistant Sales Operations Manager

    

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and embedding of Field Sales Strategy - define resource capacity, support tools and structure to execute Category Channel / Customer / Distributor plans
  • Track Sales Force departmental expenses based on the agreed budget to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Monitor direct sales force or field sales team of wholesalers in all aspects of Sales Functions
  • Prepare reports (e.g. demand forecast, market dynamics, competitor activities etc) and analyse data
  • Support daily orders handling and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure adherence to Company principles, policies & procedures and comply with local laws and regulations
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of sales / sales operations experience
  • Capable to manage wholesalers / direct accounts, drive business through focus on sales fundamentals and has understand on all sales functions such as Channel Category Sales Development, Customer & Field
  • Managerial experience in coaching Field Sales team for over 4 people will be definite advantage
  • Result oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with direct people management responsibility to develop and motivate subordinates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent analytical and reporting skills
