Position Summary

A day in the life of...

  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies for ice cream/chilled products to achieve sales targets for specific key accounts
  • Build up and maintain good working relationship with key customer to facilitate business discussion
  • Develop and implement customer business plans and reviews, category reviews and promotion evaluations
  • Manage and monitor sales forecasts
  • Assist to achieve assigned company target and maximize ROI of trade spending
  • Conduct tracking of competitor activities to improve market intelligence with corresponding proactive actions

What will make you successful

  • Degree holder or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2 years’ key account management experience from FMCG industry with experience on account servicing
  • Experience in food and beverage industry is a definite advantage
  • Result orientated, assertive and able to work under pressure
  • Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
  • Strong customer development and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
