Position Snapshot

(5-day work with flexible hour in Yuen Long with free shuttle bus)

  • You will lead the development of the assigned category, consistently build brand image and grow its value and market share by achieving the annual target
  • You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects/programs with good business acumen, business planning from strategy development to execution, to drive the top and bottom-line growth for our brand

Position Summary

  • Strategically keep the most effective course of the assigned products. Write an annual ICP, defining objectives, detailing strategies and budgets which is tailored to match consumer demand with the company overall objective  
  • Responsible for managing innovation & renovation based on market trend and consumer insights which includes identifying opportunities, product conceptualizing, prepare and implement launch and post evaluation
  • Responsible for creating engaging brand experience through relevant consumer touch points including but not limit to ATL communications, in-store visibility, sampling program and consumer promotion
  • Responsible for monitoring & analysing category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking
  • Manage the product profitability of the assigned products, targeting to deliver or better the agreed budgets.  Take corrective action as required
  • Responsible for proposing optimal PFME budgets for category / brands based on ICP. Ensure all PFME investment is properly reviewed and evaluated                             
  • Clearly lead & co-ordinate all plans with appropriate company personnel/departments, liaise with agencies and lead the realisation of Marketing plan & New Product Development in specified time frame, modifying where necessary to accommodate any market changes  

What will make you successful

  • Degree holder in Marketing or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years brand management experience in consumer product industry
  • Good business acumen, business planning from strategy development to execution, to drive the top and bottom-line growth for assigned brands
  • Capability to lead agencies to develop and execute effective adverting and media plan, which has to be in line with the overall brand proposition in cost effective manner
  • Competence in analyzing consumer research and market data, conclude respective business action
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with direct people management responsibility to develop and motivate subordinate
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills
