Position Snapshot

Define the HK talent acquisition strategy and ensure alignment with business goals and the overall talent management strategy in the market.

Lead and develop a team of internal/external talent acquisition professionals (incl. sourcers) to design and execute the talent acquisition strategy in the regions, defining objectives and relevant measures.

Accountable for ensuring status as an employer of choice and the delivery of a high quality and cost effective supply of external talent across various Nestlé businesses and functions.

Position Summary

  • Design and Execute Regional Talent Acquisition strategy: Drive the creation, execution and alignment of HK talent acquisition strategy with talent strategy and the Corporate Talent Acquisition strategy. Partner with mainland Talent Acquisition team to build resource planning activity and determine required resources to execute. Utilise reporting and analytics from systems to measure activity and performance.
  • Engage Senior leaders and HR colleagues: Define and record functional and business talent acquisition strategies. Support and provide expertise to senior management and Global/Local HR Managers when conducting critical search activity. Develop business intimacy to understand business critical requirements.
  • Lead talent acquisition team: Lead and drive the HK talent acquisition team members to deliver positive outcomes in line with the strategy and ensure alignment of processes with key stakeholders.  
    Demonstrate leadership qualities to guide and facilitate the success of individual team members throughout the function.
  • Deliver End to End Recruitment for HK: Manage and deliver high quality talent into the business.
  • Employer of choice: Develop the internal understanding of our employer brand.
  • GCR Talent Acquisition Alignment: Ensure the execution of GCR strategy to HK and develop pharma business specific actions in partnership with the NiM CoC team.

  • Prior experience within the recruiting industry, ideally gained by experience within both recruitment agencies (or RPO) and in-house talent acquisition functions within a multinational organisation 
  • Management of suppliers from the Executive search industry 
  • Worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
