Position Summary

The main purpose of this position is to ensure production plan is full achieved on time and in compliance with legal requirements meeting safety, quality, hygiene, cost, and environment need. Drive continuous improvement through Total Performance Management and empower people to motivate and develop their capability.

A day in the life of...

• Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standards, on time and meeting consumer expectations
• Ensure business objective is achieved by cascading company target and escalating production related issues to management team when appropriate  
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with Nestle standard through continuous coaching on safety behaviours
• Elaborate and execute workforce development program that will provide appropriate flexibility of workforce and assets; focus on material availability, finished goods quality, and on time delivery through optimal resource allocation
• Lead a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture through Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) approach
• Provide timely feedback, develop and coach team members to achieve Company targets; ensure succession plans and development - coaching of direct reports including development of specific training
• Ensure ongoing smooth operation of factory through employee and industrial relations
• Ensure the timely launch of new products to the market as per agreement with the business unit

What will make you successful

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid experiences in Production, QA or Engineering management
• Lead People - able to communicate the vision & mission to gain the understanding & commitment of the people to achieve the objectives  
• Develop people - a team builder, can recognize and develop the potential of all the production people
• Result focus - set ambitious objectives and takes initiative to find ways to reach and exceed them
• Implementation experience of Total Performance Management
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement projects across functions
