Build a strong brand and generate strong brand building result

A day in the life of...

  • Understand the portfolio’s market competitiveness and target consumers, translate the understanding into proprietary insights so as to strategize and develop quantified and measurable marketing and brand plans
  • Propose, implement and oversee projects that create a clear product positioning and increase market share
  • Manage product portfolio, set pricing strategies and ensure supply chain plans are in line with the brand plan and key targets
  • Identify and communicate brand priorities to the Nutrition Field Force, Account Managers, and distributors
  • Provide effective detailing aids and supporting scientific marketing communication for existing and new products in close cooperation with the Field sales team                       
  • Monitor the brand’s marketing, promotional, product development and Product Fixed Marketing Expenditure budgets

What will make you successful

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years’ MNC brand marketing in managing a portfolio of FMCG/nutrition/pharmaceutical brands, products and projects or equivalent pharmaceutical/ nutritional business
  • Capable to manage independently under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals
  • Understand the business environment, capable to implement business strategies aimed at increasing brand competitiveness for the assigned products
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
