Position Summary:
The HR Associate plays a key role in supporting the execution of Human Resources initiatives within the factory. Working closely with the HR Manager, the role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, performance and talent processes, employee relations matters, HR operations, and compliance requirements. The HR Associate ensures efficient implementation of HR programs, accurate record-keeping, and timely support to employees and line managers while contributing to positive employee experience and a compliant workplace.
A day in the life of an HR Associate:
• Support the execution of performance management, talent review, succession planning, and employee development processes by coordinating timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with line managers and employees to address day-to-day HR queries and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people-related initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups to ensure seamless hiring experience.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, communication campaigns, recognition programs, employee events, and wellness activities aimed at enhancing employee experience.
• Maintain employee data, HR reports, and organizational records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards, Employee Relations, etc.) to support the implementation of people initiatives and projects within the factory.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and wellness initiatives by coordinating employee participation, communication, and tracking activities.
• Coordinate and support the execution of workplace security and facility related activities, ensuring smooth employee experience and adherence to site protocols and safety requirements.
What Will Make You Successful?
• 3-4 years of relevant HR experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Management, HR Operations, Recruitment, or HR Business Partnering.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, talent management practices, and recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Data-oriented mindset with the ability to prepare reports and analyze HR metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Adaptable and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
