Position Summary

To ensure customer relationship, distribution and turnover management in local Key Accounts in the assigned area.

A day in the life of...

  • Ensuring that customers and distributor NNS/Volume are achieved, by category and within the allocated TTS budget                            
  • Managing yearly negotiation with selected Key Accounts, including rebates, listing, home and secondary placement, POP (Point of Purchase) materials allowance and any other customer specific terms
  • Follow channel strategic direction and agree business plans with Key Account customers
  • Obtaining in store space allocation at best possible rate, as part of Trade Activities implementation
  • Maximize the visibility of the Nestle’ products within the customers in the assigned area
  • Managing the key accounts distributions including effective and efficient route planning
  • Deliver timely and appropriate commercial communication to the Trade (e.g. new prices, SC/ F&C procedures)
  • Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ and Nestle direct sales force
  • Timely submission of reports and collections, e.g. On shelf availability, order planning etc.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or business related field
  • Fresh graduate or one year experience in sales or marketing
  • Customer Management, sales and distribution management, MS Office skills, strong communication and presentation skills.
