Position Summary

Ensure preparedness in all the organization in case of crisis to protect Nestlé Waters reputation

A day in the life of…
  • Manage update of crisis communications strategy and processes with Nestle SA and zones, and decline through zones as necessary
  • Craft, update and cascade global positions and Q & A, and coordinate approval process with Nestle SA
  • Coordinate update of issues 'library of positions' by Zone for AGM
  • Coordinate update of relevant waters related Ask Nestlé pages on Nestle.com and nestlewaters.com with Nestlé global CC.
  • Drive the crisis champions network: manage the crisis community linked with operations/quality.
  • Participate to the Issue Round Table at Nestlé Waters level.
  • Advise Zone communications on implementation of crisis communication strategy
  • In case of global crisis, put in place a strategic crisis cell
  • Support Vevey CC on media enquiries on waters specific topics, Social media issues and update of responses library
  • Measure and report on global social media and online media impact
  • Develop and deliver SBU internal communications (Workplace/ nest/ Ask Me About Nestlé)
  • Run internal events to improve Nestlé consideration for the waters category, in coordination with Nestlé Global and zone communications.
  • Develop global Waters specific sustainability communications toolkits (incl. tools and content) for internal and externall commications and decline to zones/ markets, and manage interaction with Nestlé internal content owners
What will make you successful
  • At least 5 years in Corporate Communications in agency, company or public organization in an international environment
  • Communinity Management and digital expertise
  • Strong understanding of reputational issues and reputational risk mitigation techniques
  • Project management in Communication (Communications toolkit development, internal event management, Media training)
  • Leadership experience in a multi-cultural environment
