Position Summary

 

The Business Development Manager /Project Lead strategic transformational projects Perrier Global leads key strategic transformational projects E2E in close collaboration with Operations and key markets.  Finance reattachment is also quite critical.


- Drive projects in collaboration with Perrier transformation core team 
- Ensures projects are validated within their Business case by Zones 
- Coordinate execution first phase of projects making sure OG and COP1 targets are met
- Ensure local implementation of the projects in key markets
- Coordinate a team of peers from operations, to sales.

A day in the life of...

 

Main responsabilities :

 

  • Ensure the implementation from the strategic GBS priorities across markets
  • Drive lean value stream end-to-end on the key markets
  • Analyse and support specific sales programs :  e-commerce, HORECA, big brand event                                                                            
  • Is responsible to drive projects management for FBU vis a vis Zone Emena 
  • Put in place right governance and program management to ensure E2E alignment including KPI monitoring 
  • Ensure high transparency of financial KPIs and implications on Perrier Global PNL
     

What will make you successful

 

  • Solid (at least 10/15 years) Sales and marketing background (ideally both horeca and retail) 
  • Preferably previous experience on Finance, Audit, Supply CHain, Sales Copilot
  • Fluent in both french & English (written and spoken) 
  • Project Leadership skills, teamworking, networking
