Position Snapshot

 

•   Permanent Contract
•    Location : Issy-les-Moulineaux

•    10+ years experience in consumer marketing at Nestlé or equivalent Fast-Moving Consumer Goods or 10+ years advertising agency experience in account management, strategic planning, and / or executive management function. Ideally experience in both.

Position Summary

 

Lead Strategic Brands integrated-communication, applying Nestlé methodologies and tools, guiding them in the definition of their strategic positioning documents and transforming capabilities in integrated/digital communication. Acts as a functional lead in communication creative and agency relationships

A day in the life of...

 

1. Supports to ensure all brands communications contributes to enhancing the company purpose

2. Bring integrated communications of portfolio of brands to the next level, according to brand classification standards & Building Nestlé metholodogy & tools

- Guide Strategic brands and in completion of the “strategic positioning documents related to communication” (e.g Consumer Experience Framework, strategic content territories, audiences)
- Responsible for the quality of strategic positioning documents related to communication & all Pre-requisites
- Guide Perrier & San Pellegrino in key steps

3. Co-lead “strategic positioning documents related to communication” for Nestlé Pure Life together with lead market (MENA)

4. Drive digital transformation for the category - as part of integrated communication & of adoption of tools, platforms and Nestlé methodologies:
- Build plan to fill gaps in the fundamentals on the 3 pillars (data, content & analytics)
- Guide brands in the adoption of the Nestlé tools (e.g. Content Hub, Content studio)
- As part of digital transformation, further elevate Waters Digital master website program

5. Supports the development and maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with communication agencies in order to create engaging, business building communication

6. Responsible for the development of outstanding creative work 100 % aligned with Nestlé communication principles. Aligns with both creative and media agencies/vendors on creation of content (including video assets & websites).
