Position Summary
As part of the overall ESG-Sustainability strategy, we are looking for a Global Climate Delivery Manager based in Paris, France.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sustainable Sourcing & Climate Delivery, you will be our climate strategist, modelling climate scenarios, targeting and tracking progresses groupwide. Your main responsibility will be to frame, coordinate, and consolidate the climate operations across the group.

A day in the life of Global Climate Delivery Manager
- Shape annual groupwide climate operation's workplan and updated medium term glidepath.
- Give service to internal stakeholders (Zones & Regional sourcing functions in particular) for the strategic framing of their climate interventions.
- Consolidate climate interventions from the different Above the Market teams and run business analytics providing strategic insights against groupwide KPIs.
- Lead the qualification and the breakdown repartition of the carbon benefits according to internal and external (GHG Protocol & SBTi) norms.
- Provide technical assistance on implementation of carbon operations especially linked to sourcing strategies.
- Coach other colleagues for pragmatic carbon reporting solutions across business and geographies.
- Represent Nestle Group on scientific climate change specific forums. On request back up of Unit Head.
- Interact with governmental ministry in regard to the climate transition especially for the front runner’s climate pilots.
What will make you successful
- Post graduate degree (master or PhD) in environmental (preferred), agronomical, or chemical Sciences.
- At least 5 years’ experience in carbon science and operations.
- Demonstrated excellence in climate consolidation and related business modelling (mastering reporting tools and analytics).
- Deep knowledge in sourcing, Emission Scope 3, agriculture, on the ground climate operations / challenges.
- Theoretical & Practical know how in supplier’s management and farm operations
- Skilled for external representation to industry roundtables.
- Ability to use internal and external network to influence operational deliverables.
- Master knowledge in data management.
