  • B.Sc. in Food Science, Nutritional Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Animal Science, Economics, Finance, Marketing (with a strong intest in product, pack development) 
  • Petfood and petcare knowledge is an asset
  • 5 + years of  project management track record in any industry  (New Product Development, Product Life Cycle or Technology Transfers) 
  •  Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross Functional teams.
  • Fluent in English

Position Summary

At Nestlé in France, your employees and company performance is measured by the concrete and positive contributions of everyone on its environment. As a I2L Project Manager, you  are responsible for the efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End execution of Innovation & Renovation (I&R & N) I2L programmess and/or I2L  projects pipeline from Identify to Post-launch stage. Those I2L programmes/projects are considered as medium complexity. Orchestrate a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team  to achieve the project defined Key Success Criteria. Manage process improvement initiatives to deliver continuous excellence. Act as a brand ambassador. Act as coach for Junior PM.

A day in the life in I2L Project manager

Execute as per the I2L flow: Apply project management tools and skills to ensure the in-scope, on-time and on-quality launch and flawless execution of I&R projects from Identify to end of deliver and/or post-launch review stage for:
Lead Programme/Project Management: Identify linkage with other projects, potentials impact on overall project pipelines. Ensure clear communication to stakeholders in terms of process collaboration and reviews. Organise and lead steering committee if necessary. Present outcomes to Management.
Project Management: 
For defined projects, deliver on-time in full. Ensure clear communication to stakeholders in terms of process collaboration and reviews. Organize and lead steering committee if necessary. Present outcomes to Management 
Brand Ambassadorship:
Ensure interface with marketing is supported through defined brand ambassadorship. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for nominated brand/s. Responsible to provide visibility and feedback on the brand pipeline and progress
Support Programme Management:
Contribute project data and details via report or otherwise as necessary to enable Programme managers to deliver against the Programme
Other Activities include:
- Lead project team and align team behind common project objectives
- Orchestrate all functions and markets involved in the project to coordinate timelines, track end-to-end activities and milestones and ensure project is progressing as planned
- Drive definition of Innovation profile and gap assessment in order to build the critical path
- Lead Key Success Criteria (KSC) definition with project team, challenging KSC with an unbiased view to assure speed and get validation from Decider(s)
- Drive timely preparation of the Business Opportunity, Business Case and Business Plan along the flow
- Drive Opportunity and Risk Management and escalating critical issues to Decider(s) 
- Evaluate scope change requests, evaluating impact and get them approved or rejected - Document scope change accordingly
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including kick-start meetings, check-in meetings, opportunity and risk assessments, post launch reviews and additional meetings/governance i.e. steerco or workshops as required
- Provide transparency, documentation and communication of project status and risks to cross functional team members, Project Management Lead and Deciders
- Lead internal and external Stakeholders management: identify stakeholders, distribute responsibilities among project team and ensure proper communication
- Capture and share lessons learnt
- Leverage own functional expertise and network to steer project team towards best solution definition and execution. In particular, use own expertise to question/challenge proposed activities and solutions

Process Improvement Management: 
Build, drive and lead post launch review of projects and/or programmes as well as continuous excellence initiatives, build action plan for improvement through WOW dialogues/stakeholder feedbacks and E&T/Team Leader

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), with the ability to effectively work with cross functional and multi cultural teams
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to handle complex assignments with a proactive attitude
  • collaborative team-player with positive attitude and a strong work-ethic.
  • Ability to manage and navigate into ambiguity  and unknown
  • Master PM metholodgies:  Planning tools , Risk ass.etc.  PMP certification is an asset  and  Agile PM certification is an asset
