Our proposition:
You work in the Centre for Operations Excellence (COE) of the Nestlé Purina EMENA region. You join the Engineering department named Technology Alignment Program (TAP) and specifically the TAP Design Process Team. The TAP Design Process Team is responsible for delivering, in the area of competency (Dry, Snack or Wet, Process), the standard equipment specifications, the detailed line design (Tech. Spec., Process Description, P&ID, Equipment list, Layout) and CQV, related to the capital project expenditure and/or Innovation & Renovation projects.
In this environment, you learn :
- the basics of the Process in the Nestlé Purina Pet Food factories,
- the Nestle method to start and develop a project from A to Z,
- how to handle the internal and external communication between teams (Project Team, TAP Team, R&D-PTC, PP&RSA, Procurement, Ingredients, Operations)
You also improve the interpersonal skills and the networking.
Your daily mission:
- Support the TAP Design Process Team to develop and apply the package of Tech. Spec. including Process description, P&ID, Equipment List, Layout, Commissioning protocols and Process Flow Diagram (PFD).
- Support Investment Projects (CAPEX) by Preparing Basic and Detailed design for new equipment and for new lines across EMENA.
- Maintain the existing technical standards in Process Engineering.
- Compare offers, make recommendations and participate in technical/commercial negotiations for the purchasing of equipment and technical services and the establishment of key supplier agreements.
Requirements:
- You are currently in a Mechanical Engineering Program, in the 4th or 5th year of the degree (Master)
- Fluent English mandatory and knowledge of other EU languages is a plus;
- Autocad basic knowledge
- Use of MS Office software
- Basic Knowledge of Production Logistics and Equipment Design.
- Open minded and willing to learn and travel (Business Trip); Organized & autonomus; pro-active; flexible
