Position Summary

The team is partially based in Milano and partially in Issy Les Moulineaux and is in charge of the supply planning activities for the International brands of Nestlé Waters EMENA. The team's mission is to insure proper supply plan to all receiving markets of Zone Emena International Premium Brands preserving service level, respecting stock cover policies and taking into account end to end constraints and costs. The scope is international dealing with both Nestle Affiliates and Third Parties Customers around the world. You will support the team in the weekly operational tasks by actively contributing in the development of harmonized tools and way of workings and performing analysis activities. You will have the Ownership of improvement projects to perform with the support of team members.

A day in the life of...

Review weekly forecast variations on short, medium and long horizon highlighting may deltas and identifying root causes.
Flag alerts and provide priorities and business insight to production planning team in order to maximise service level to receiving markets and avoid disruptions.
Support in the elaboration of weekly supply plans on the short term for receiving markets with the purpose of ensure service level, respect stock cover policies and end to end supply chain constraints (storage capacity, transport capacity, inbound and outbound loading capacity).
Develop trusted and cooperative relations ensuring smooth and prompt communication both with receiving markets and internal stakeholders.

Proactivity and Good communication skills
