Position Summary :

As a Engineering Project manager, you lead project execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout

A day in the life of a :

• Fulfill  Project Brief project chater and PMP and manage the gate principle
• Organize project execution and manage budget above 20 Mchf
• Mobilize resources (internal & external)
• Trigger steering committee (alert)
• Develop and evaluate team members
• Manage and coach project team
• Control project communication
• Manage interactions outside Nestlé

• Experience in capital Investment projects management in food industry  with experience of managing project with success around 15 Mchf
• Ability to translate engineering knowledge into a fully compliant operation
• Ability to communicate in English.

• Good communication skills
