• Post Graduated degree or equivalent in agriculture, rural development and farm economics or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience

As a the Head of Regenerative Agriculture, you will be responsible to drive the execution of the Renegerative Agriculture Roadmap for Purina Europe, including biodiversity etc.
A day in the life of an Heaad of Regenerative Agriculture:
- In line with our business priorities and the Corporate and Zone level ESG roadmaps, develop and deliver the Purina Europe Regenerative Agriculture Roadmap related to Purina product supply chains, including the related Biodiversity roadmap.
- Manage both internal and external resources as required, coordinating across a range of expert organizations, and developing strategic partnerships to ensure successful delivery of the Regenerative Agriculture Roadmap.
- Ensure full alignment and support within our Purina organization and Nestlé corporate functions at senior levels.
- Work in close collaboration with the Ocean Regeneration Lead and the Sourcing teams to ensure that bio-stimulants and other adjacencies are built into both roadmaps in line with the climate and biodiversity commitments of the business.
- Define a green financing funding frame to support this transition, manage the defined budget, and ensure the estimated benefits are delivered of effective measurement of C02 reduction and credits management allocation to Purina Europe.
- Define strategic approach for external Partnerships, including commercial opportunities.
- Develop the corresponding knowledge dissemination strategy (training contents, partnerships ...).
- Connect with the relevant external organizations and represent Purina and contribute to the group advocacy and external communication of achievements related to Regenerative Agriculture (external panels …).
What will make you successful:
- Strong understanding of sustainability / regenerative agriculture with a solid knowledge of agro-ecology and applications.
- You are recognized for your results orientation and your capability to lead a team.
- Your communication skills unables you to work in culturally diverse environment with a large range of stakeholders.
- You already have an experience as a line manager in a direct sourcing operation.
- You are used to work in a corporate environment and to translate Sustainability goals into Business value.
- Agile, you are able to work under pressure in a changing environment and be expose to different contexts and positions.
