YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU ACCEPT IT:

As Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you play a key global role in improving industrial performance across Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages’ manufacturing network. Your mission is to design, deploy and continuously improve manufacturing excellence tools and standard ways of working, supporting factories in reducing losses, increasing productivity and building long‑term capabilities.

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Excellence, you act as a global reference for manufacturing excellence practices and work closely with central teams, markets and factories. You contribute directly to productivity improvement, cost competitiveness and the long‑term transformation of manufacturing operations worldwide.

Your key responsibilities include:

Leading the design, deployment and continuous improvement of manufacturing excellence tools, standards and guidelines across the global factory network
Driving capability building through structured training programs, coaching, workshops and on‑site factory support
Acting as the global manufacturing reference point, ensuring consistent application of practices and effective collaboration between factories and functions
Partnering with Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Digital teams to support alignment and digital transformation on the shop floor
Contributing to productivity improvement, cost competitiveness and overall business performance

ABOUT YOU:

University degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Operations
Proven management experience in manufacturing environments, ideally in food & beverage, chemical or pharmaceutical industries
Strong hands‑on experience in manufacturing performance improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
Good understanding of digital tools applied to manufacturing operations
Comfortable working in a global and matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
Fluent in English (French is a strong asset) and aligned with Nestlé Leadership and Corporate Business Principles
Green Belt/ Black Belt certification is a plus

VOTRE MISSION, SI VOUS L’ACCEPTEZ :

En tant que Responsable Excellence Industrielle, vous jouez un rôle clé à l’échelle internationale dans l’amélioration de la performance industrielle au sein du réseau de production de Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages. Votre mission consiste à concevoir, déployer et améliorer en continu les outils et standards d’excellence industrielle, afin d’aider les usines à réduire les pertes, accroître la productivité et développer des compétences durables.

Rattaché(e) au Head of Manufacturing Excellence, vous intervenez en tant que référent(e) mondial(e) des pratiques d’excellence industrielle et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes centrales, les marchés et les usines. Vous contribuez directement à l’amélioration de la productivité, à la compétitivité des coûts et à la transformation à long terme des opérations industrielles.

Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

Piloter la conception, le déploiement et l’amélioration continue des outils, standards et référentiels d’excellence industrielle au sein du réseau d’usines mondial
Développer les compétences à travers des programmes de formation structurés, du coaching, des ateliers et un accompagnement sur site des usines
Agir en tant que point de référence mondial pour l’excellence industrielle, en garantissant une application cohérente des pratiques et une collaboration efficace entre les usines et les fonctions
Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes Ingénierie, Qualité, Ressources Humaines, Supply Chain et Digital afin d’assurer l’alignement et de soutenir la transformation digitale des opérations
Contribuer à l’amélioration de la productivité, à la compétitivité des coûts et à la performance globale de l’entreprise

À PROPOS DE VOUS :

Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent, idéalement en ingénierie ou en opérations industrielles
Expérience managériale confirmée en environnement industriel, de préférence dans les secteurs agroalimentaire, chimique ou pharmaceutique
Solide expérience terrain en amélioration de la performance industrielle et démarches d’amélioration continue
Bonne compréhension des outils digitaux appliqués aux opérations industrielles
Aisance à travailler dans une organisation internationale et matricielle, avec de multiples parties prenantes
Solides compétences en leadership, coaching et communication
Anglais courant (le français est un atout) et adhésion aux Principes de Leadership et Principes de Conduite des Affaires Nestlé
La certification Green Belt / Black Belt est un plus.
