YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT:
As Media Lead, you drive the global orchestration of media planning across Europe, AOA and the US. Acting as the central reference for media planning, you ensure consistency in planning principles, optimise local media mixes and KPIs, and strengthen alignment with brand objectives across markets.
You will partner closely with local teams, brand teams, media agencies and CMI to elevate media effectiveness and unlock performance.
Reporting to the Global Head of Media content & digital transformation, this role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor and the ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders in a complex, multi‑market and multi‑agency environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading central media planning across all zones
- Ensure consistent adoption of planning principles while respecting market realities and business priorities
- Managing media budgets and allocations
- Enhancing digital acceleration and future‑ready media, pilot new methodologies (in retail media, data activations, emerging formats) with selected markets
- Monitoring KPIs and optimizing effectiveness
- Implement MMM learnings to drive ROIs approach balanced with strong brand building
- Drive media agency to the precise effective delivery aligned with the strategy of the brands and business ambitions
- Supporting brand teams with strategic guidance
ABOUT YOU:
- You have at least 7+ years of media experience
- You demonstrate strong analytical and KPI‑driven skills
- You manage complex multi‑stakeholder environments
- You have deep expertise in media planning, effectiveness, and KPI frameworks.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into strategic guidance.
- You have experience working with MMM and advanced measurement methodologies.
- You are comfortable navigating matrixed organizations with multiple markets and agencies.
- You have strong project management, prioritization, and orchestration skills.
