• European travel required: 10% to 15%

YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT

As a Product Development Specialist, you will join the Purina Europe Wet Product Development team to support a strategic reformulation program driven by changes in European regulations.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading product reformulation projects and their industrial implementation
• Preparing, coordinating, and analyzing factory trials
• Defining and validating product and process specifications
• Monitoring risks, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams
• Ensuring product quality, compliance, and traceability

ABOUT YOU

• Strong knowledge of raw materials, food manufacturing processes, and food technologies
• Strong focus on product quality and continuous improvement
• Effective communication skills in an international environment
• High level of rigor, agility, and a “Right First Time” mindset
• Strong technical leadership and project management skills to secure timelines and anticipate risks
• Ability to engage teams, facilitate meetings, and accelerate decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working in cross-functional environments
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage

 VOTRE MISSION, SI VOUS L’ACCEPTEZ

En tant que Spécialiste Développement Produits, vous rejoignez l’équipe Développement Produits Humides de Purina Europe pour accompagner un programme stratégique de reformulation lié aux évolutions réglementaires européennes.

Vous serez responsable de :
• Piloter les reformulations et leur industrialisation
• Préparer, coordonner et analyser les essais en usine
• Définir et valider les spécifications produits et procédés
• Suivre les risques, délais et livrables avec les équipes transverses
• Garantir qualité, conformité et traçabilité des produits

A PROPOS DE VOUS

• Solides connaissances des matières premières, procédés et technologies agroalimentaires.
• Sens aigu de la qualité produit et de l'amélioration continue.
• Communication efficace dans un environnement international.
• Rigueur, agilité et orientation « Right First Time ».
• Leadership technique et maîtrise de la gestion de projet pour sécuriser les délais et anticiper les risques.
• Capacité à fédérer les équipes, animer des réunions et accélérer la prise de décision.
• Excellentes compétences relationnelles et goût pour le travail en mode transversal.
• La connaissance de SAP est un plus.
