Manager : Compliance Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Raw Materials & Vendor Quality Specialist, you will support all internal vendors Quality compliance assessments by developing & maintaining network of experts for auditing. You'll drive Quality continuous improvement initiatives to achieve First Time Right in a no waste environment for all raw materails delivered to NPP EMENA factories and co-manufacturers.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF “RAW MATERIALS & VENDOR QUALITY SPECIALIST”
Quality strategy:
-
Support NPP EMENA RM & vendor Quality Manager in developing quality roadmap & objectives based on Group and NPP EMENA ambitions and objectives in this area. Be responsible for monitoring its enforcement by tracking relevant KPIs.

Support NPP EMENA Head of Quality in promoting Quality awareness / communication program in ensuring that every NPP EMENA employee influence Quality and trust through leadership, dedication and passion.
Leader of Quality System:
-
Communicate, fully implement and enforce Nestlé Quality Management System requirements within category specific NPP EMENA vendors under her/his responsibilities
Leader of Quality auditing and verification:
-
Plan the assessment of raw material vendor, complete and approve for Quality and food safety compliance ; new ingredient development, verification of ingredient specifications (if they comply with Nestlé quality standards), provide food safety risk management support of raw materials to all NPP EMENA stakeholders.
As Business Partner/ Challenger:
-
PP technical assistance: Support RM & vendor Quality Manager in providing inputs for development of the technology platform in the design and validation of new products. Participates in project risk assessments as required. Ensure relevant QM expert is involved in the development relevant documentation (UOS, PMD, QMS, grading standards, equipment designs specs, PCL).

Factory technical assistance: Support RM & vendor Quality Manager in coordinating all internal vendors Quality compliance assessments by developing & maintaining network of experts for auditing. To drive Quality continuous improvement initiatives to achieve First Time Right in a no waste environment for all raw materails delivered to NPP EMENA factories and co-manufacturers.

Root Cause analysis and action plan: Monitor quality performance in vendors under his/her responsibility for opportunities to improve in the quest for zero defect in the area of vendor management. Lead the Management Review of Quality process for the vendors management activities under her/his responsibility.

You have an experience in vendors audits / factories audits / in project management

You already have worked in an international environment

You have an ability to work in/drive with multi-cultural business partners as well as work alone

Your English is fluent, SAP knowledge is an advantage

You are result orientated
