Our offer

 

In the FBU (French Business Unit) team, contribute to build and execute the global worldwide Category & Channel strategy (CDT) for PERRIER and MAISON PERRIER, with focus on HORECA / On the go channels, to meet our objective for profitable growth and our brand ambition: “be the most desirable timeless icon in premium sparkling beverages”. 
HORECA/Out of Home is a key channel for PERRIER/MAISON PERRIER, being its roots, its heritage and where we build the equity, desirability and premiumness of the brand. This channel accounts in key markets for more than 40% of the business and needs to be boosted in key regions like US, Canada and China.

 

Your day-to-day tasks

 

  • With Marketing & CDT director & the other brand & CDT team members, drive, recommend, and execute the brand strategy in HORECA (Hotel/Cafe/Restaurant) / Out of Home & On the Go channels, in line with the global PERRIER & MAISON PERRIER brand strategy, on short term and long term, in collaboration with other FBU teams, Zone, SBU and the local markets & distributors                
  • DEFINE GLOBAL SHOPPER STRATEGY FOR CURRENT & INNOVATION PORTFOLIO FOR HORECA : Channel strategy, Pricing strategy, Shopper visibility & activation toolkit, Event & Premium Brand Visibility, Placement/Merchandising recommendation.                
  • CATEGORY & CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT : Build Channel & Category strategy recommendation (Demand Spaces, Category drivers, Portfolio Architecture, Format/Channel strategy), based on analysis of shopper and category insights, centrally (SBU/Zone) but also from local markets/distributors data                
  • PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT : Define packaging & secondary packaging needs and potential to win in the channel. Including focus on innovation best shopper strategy  
  • SHOPPER VISIBILITY & ACTIVATION : Define and develop flawless execution Shopper toolkit for Affiliates & distributors to secure premium and high visibility of PERRIER and MAISON PERRIER in HORECA / Out of Home channels
  • Suggest, develop and roll-out ""on strat"" partnership with other premium HORECA brands for example Alcohol/Non Alcohol brands (for example today Lillet)"                
    Support markets in excellence in execution : training, workshop, on-boarding, guidance book. Share Best Practices and develop a CDT community within PERRIER & MAISON PERRIER & VITTEL                
  • Secure, in collaboration with international sales team, that this CDT brand strategy is communicated, understood, and executed flawlessly by affiliates markets and distributors.                
  • CDT Budget management in collaboration with other CDT members and finance team                
  • In addition to PERRIER & MAISON PERRIER, support VITTEL BU team on the CDT strategy and POS development                

 

Your assets for success

 

  • Sales and CDT > 5/6 years minimum on different brands/businesses
  • HORECA sales field experience
  • Category and Channel strategy expertise (as HORECA Category Manager or CDT role locally)
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • International experience is a real plus, at least experience in multi-market project
