Total Rewards Lead _ Nestle Waters and Premium Beverages

•    Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux (close to Paris) 
•    Contract: full-time - permanent contract
•    English fluent - French and/or Italian preferrable 

 

Position Summary

 

As Total Rewards Lead, you will define, govern and continuously evolve framework compensation, job architecture, grading frameworks and reward practices at global level while contributing to broader NW&PB rewards priorities. You will ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, regulatory compliance and alignment with global Total Rewards principles. This role reports to the NW&PB Head of Total Rewards, based in Paris.

 

What are the responsibilities? 

 

•    Lead compensation, grading and job architecture governance by supporting executive and leaders on the reward processes.
•    Develop and maintain compensation policies, salary structures and reward frameworks. 
•    Act as subject matter expert for Mercer IPE/MaGS, Hay or equivalent methodologies. 
•    Conduct market benchmarking, compensation analytics and pay equity reviews. 
•    Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on organizational design and role evaluation & compensation cycle and strategy implementation 
•    Ensure consistency and integrity of job architecture and grading decisions.  
•    Lead pay transparency readiness initiatives and regulatory compliance activities at global level
•    Manage relationships with external stakeholders
•    Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. 

 

What will make you successful? 


 
• 8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR consulting, finance or organization effectiveness in a corporate environment or in a consulting firm
• Deep understanding of compensation strategy, salary structures and market benchmarking. 
• Experience supporting organizational transformation and business change. 
• Knowledge of pay transparency at global level, reward governance and regulatory requirements. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills in multinational environments. 
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex reward concepts into practical solutions. 
• Excellent communication skills.
