We are looking for a Business Development Executive to ensure ready-to-drink (RTD) execution of Field Sales Plans and Activities for GT Channels to deliver sustainable and profitable channel growth.

A day in the life of...

  • Accountable for RTD through put target in the region (LP/MM/SP/GT LNA in the region)
  • Accountable and responsible for primary sales performance for the RTD Agents
    • Set sales target for RTD Agents & liase with FSE/M to drive the RTD Agent sales achievement
  • Nestle Chiller Effectiveness
    • To coordinate with the LTP OM on ensuring chiller productivity & maintenance
    • To champion annual chiller audit in the region
  • To implement RTD Route to Market
    • accountable to the success of RTD route-to-market in the Region
    • accountable to the development of vending business in the Region
    • accountable to the development of RTD in OOH channel
    • accountable to the development of alternative channels - school, service centers, tourist spots, R&R
  • To implement Customised Promotion Activities
    • accountable to the implementation of Regional initiatives - example; Thaipusam, Hungry Ghost, QIC
    • accountable to the implementation of customised promotion in Key Chain customers
  • Work with GLC/Government agency to implement RTD business
    • Liaise with Region GLC/Government agency and accountable to the implementation of RTD business in R&R, schools, public transport  & universities
  • Gather market intelligence on RTD
  • Winning with Trophy Customers (including Sub-Agents)
    • Advisory role to retailer, understand business owner needs and ensure customer intimacy. 
    • Review Retailer Loyalty Scheme presentation and managing contract signing with key outlets on annual basis with top 10 customers on a quarterly basis.
    • Sharing of business plans with top 20 customers on an annual basis.

What will make you successful

  • 5 years of relevant experience. 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the business dynamics and processes 
  • Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
  • Had vast experience in field sales management and LTP operations      
  • Good networking with statutory organization
