1. To establish Visual Line Loss Map (VLLM) for Protomalt / MILO / SSP production lines in Jurong factory to improve manufacturing line performance

2. To implement digitalisation projects in Jurong factory to digitalise the way of working

3. To conduct mass balance and bottleneck study for Protomalt / MILO / SSP production lines in Jurong factory
