Engineering department's Traineeship Description:

This position reports to the Associate Project Engineer and will have a close interaction with Engineering Team, Site Leadership Team.

Engineering Team is the a group of engineers and technicians whose primary role at R&D SIngapore is to plan and execute maintenance and improvemement activities at the R&D facility in Singapore as well as the Zone Nestle Quality Assurance Center.

This placement will allow the trainee to apply his sets of ACADrawing and organizational skills.

Specific Responsibilities:

Individual to:

1. Utilize ACAD skills to draw and/or update building and facilities plan and actual set-up (mandatory)

2. Develop a system to organize and update site drawings.

3. Digitalization of records to make it available to stakeholders

4. Verification of as-built drawings with actual

5. Set up a notification process to alert stakeholders of any change incurred at site (trigger a change/update of existing drawings)

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Auto CAD (mandatory)

2. Sharepoint

3. Microsoft Excel

4. Power Automate

5. Knowledge on Building Code of Singapore as well as other government standards

Male individuals who have completed National Service in CY2024 and CY2025 are also encouraged to apply.

Qualification:

Bachelor in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
