NQAC (Nestle Quality Assurance Center) Singapore is situated within R&D Center and are part of the Food Safety network in Nestle. We are the competency center for contaminant analysis supporting the region of AOA (Asia-Oceania-Africa) by providing the highest quality food safety testing and playing a vital role in safeguarding food and beverage safety. 

A day in the life of a Laboratory Support Technician…

Administration

• Document controller for quality system
• Provides administration and secretarial support
• Fixed asset management for NQAC
• In charge of managing facilities and be the contact point for any issues

Customer Service

• Maintain and further develop website presence of NQAC (Intranet, Commercial Portal and Nestle SG site)
• Generating quotes for analytical service (external customers)
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Issuance of analytical reports

Lab Support Service

• Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries
• Procurement: request for quotation, generate PR, follow up on PO and order status.
• Consumables management
• Assist in sample handling (receipt, registration)

What will make you successful

• Diploma and above in chemistry, biochemistry, food sciences, analytical sciences
• Scientific curiosity and receptive for coaching
