We are looking for a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager to Support & advise the Factory Management team in all aspects of SHE performance in line with the Nestlé Continuous Excellence mindset of zero accidents and incidents. This individual will lead Auditor and Management Representative for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

A day in the life of…

1. Direct and co-ordinate the development and implementation of the Factory's SHE strategy & program. Recommend factory SHE objectives considering Market and Corporate objectives.  
   Monitor and communicate on performance to improve decision making regarding SHE and to integrate SHE into business decisions.
2. Ensure adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements related to SHE, including NCE, TPM, LEAN, NEMS & NSMS. Manage NIMS as a joint responsibility with Quality.  
   Ensure compliance with SHE-related legal requirements. 
   Develop and sustain a local network (including authorities, other factories, etc).
3. Implement, control, maintain and improve the Factory SHE Management systems including achieving and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. 
   Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the Factory's SHE program as well as exercising functional leadership of the TPM SHE pillar. 
4. Provide coaching & support to the Plant Manager, Plant Management team and Line Managers in order to achieve the Factory's SHE objectives and to ensure it remains a line management responsibility. 
   Ensure that SHE performance data is available and correctly managed. 
   Promote the awareness of SHE throughout the Factory.
5. Champion the Plant's SHE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective action and auditing, as well as ensuring a focus on BBS and culture.

What will make you successful..

• Previous professional experience across safety, health and/or environmental areas
• Successfully demonstrated ability to manage change.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.
• Technical knowledge on plant equipment and its processes.
• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as SHE manager.
• Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) qualification and other necessary certificates including but not limited to Fire Safety Manager, Work at Height Supervisor cert, Confine Space Assessor and Confined Space Rescue cert, Occupational First Aid cert, Risk Management cert, etc
