We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to be a key business partner to the company’s stakeholders. You will be regarded by the unit as the expert in the field of People Performance & Development and key responsibilities include driving the people agenda by implementing the people and training plans to fulfill business objectives.

A day in the life of...

  • Execute HR Strategy: Execute actions that support the People plan. Understand and deliver people based data and analytics to support the execution of all people processes and KPIs for the specific unit
  • Training &  Development: Plan and execute internship programmes and training plans/budget. Communicate all relevant training, information to HRBP, trainers
  • Organisational Design & Development (OD&D): Contribute to the organisational transitions using best practice change management methodologies, in accordance
  • Performance & Talent Management: Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance
  • Employee Engagement: Maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles. Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices).
  • HR Organisational Alignment: Educate the business to ensure Line Managers and Employess understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions. Collaborate with CoE and CoS to ensure iniatitves and projects are designed and implemented that support business people plans. Provide objective and timely feedback to CoE and CoS on the quality of service to ensure the overall HR service to the business unit meets or exceeded agreed standards.
  • Functional Development: Work as part of cross functional / NiM CoE HR teams to develop HR practice and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business. Utilise continuous improvement in HR to develop functional efficiencies and ways or working.

 

What will make you successful

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource or a relevant field
  • Min 4-6 years working experience in HR CoE/CoS functions.
  • Experience working in a large, matrix organization is preferred
  • Familiarity with HR processes
  • Excellent coaching and presentation skills
  • Strong projects follow up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
