As a Citizen Analyst – Data Engineering & Analytics Automation, you will help to unlock the power of data across the business. In this role, you will build reporting solutions, automate data processes, and create insights that help teams make better decisions every day.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with modern analytics technologies, and contribute to data-driven business improvements across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

A Day in the Life of a Citizen Analyst
•    Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. 
•    Build and improve data solutions using Snowflake, ensuring accurate and accessible data for business users. 
•    Develop data pipelines that connect multiple systems and bring data together in one place. 
•    Automate recurring reports and data processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. 
•    Explore innovative technologies such as Databricks, AI, and modern cloud-based analytics platforms. 
•    Monitor and resolve data quality and reporting issues to ensure reliable business insights. 
•    Support data governance and maintain clear documentation to ensure data is well-managed and trusted.

What Will Make You Successful
•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 
•  Experience creating Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling and visualization. 
•  Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Snowflake and Azure Data Factory. 
•  Familiarity with Databricks, cloud technologies, and SQL or Python programming. 
•  Experience working with multiple data sources such as SAP, SharePoint, and cloud databases. 
•  Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain data and insights to non-technical audiences. 
•  A proactive and organized mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams. 
•  Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or a similar industry is a plus.
