Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Consumer & Competitive Quality Manager you will be responsible as Quality expert to support quality specialists and their factories in specific areas of expertise (e.g.  food safety, HACCP, auditing, hygiene, pest control, chemical contaminants, microbiology food safety, sensory, thermal processing, statistical process control, net content management etc.)

 

A day of life of…                

  • Being responsible in consumer complaint handling by preparing monthly report, give input for feedback response, monitor and settlement of complaint, complaint analysis to identify of defect reduction project, and organize sensitive complaint meeting.
  • Doing market approval/market release by set up schedule on bi-monthly basis, organize sensory session, check document completeness, execution, and report release, also project classification matrix.     
  • Product registration related by conduct verification of ROA submission against product specifications (local, and import), support analysis in Laboratory (if needed), check and release label artwork (point to be checked: Allergen, Storage condition and net weight    
  • Validation of Intermarket Supply brief prior to approval / signatories

 

What Makes You Successful

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferred food science related major
  • Having relevant experience at least 2 years
  • Able to demonstrate competence in their field to support business requirements:
  • Experience in successfully implementing quality assurance programs by participating in project teams, leading part of a change effort, participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects with more senior staff members, establishing networks of peers, in markets or factories.
