As a Customer Facing Supply Chain person, you will be responsible to drive innovative collaborative Supply Chain solutions that deliver a competitive advantage by optimizing cost to serve and maximizing fresh product availability in offline and online retail, as well as localize, implement and sustain a globally defined O2C Service Strategy in a market, group of markets or business(es) within a market
 

A day in the life of...
  • Build Customer Trust   
  • Understanding and raise awareness of the Customer's Supply Chain and its alignment to Nestlé’s Supply Chain   
  • In partnership with Sales and across Supply Chain, define and lead a common customer strategy    
  • Be the coordinator of multi-functional teams during execution of Idea to Launch (Concept Creation to final delivery)
  • Drive success of On Shelf Availability and Online Availability, On Shelf Freshness and Distributor Stock Availability 
  • Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestlé and the Customer, in creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation  
  • Develop, in close cross functional collaboration, a Market Service Strategy that take into account the different types of customers and their needs, to provide them with the most adequate, cost effective services 
  • Ensure compliance with the defined Service Strategy by closely monitoring its correct application and correcting any deviation
     
What will make you successful
  • A bachelor degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA from Industrial Engineering or Management major
  • At least having 5 years experienced in Customer Service, Or Demand & Supply Planning, Or Distribution/ Materials Handling, and/ Or Sales and/ or Marketing
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Detailed, persistent and organized
  • Independent player but able to work in a team
  • Project management experience to implementation of major project/s or change programme/s
  • Good Analytical, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Customer Knowledge
  • Strong in Leadership and service-oriented skills
