To support the Legal & Corporate Affairs Director in enhancing and strengthening Nestlé’s reputation, as recognized leader in NHW and CSV; respected and trusted by all stakeholders; and in promoting CSV and other Nestle efforts such as Plastic Packaging Waste Management.

A day in the life of Corporate Communication Manager
  • Support Legal & Corp. Affairs Director setting and implementing integrated corporate communication strategy
  • Develop and execute internal & external communication strategy and tactics, in coordination with other divisions and business units - this includes the management of media relations
  • To act as corporate spokesperson
  • Devise and manage external and internal communication efforts, which includes the management of the company's internal communication channels
  • Support Legal & Corp. Affairs Director in identifying, monitoring and managing issues relevant to the company; cooperate with Consumer Services in managing sensitive consumer complaints
  • Effectively lead, motivate and develop his/her communication team members, career management
  • Support Legal & Corp. Affairs Director in identifying, monitoring and managing plastic waste management including field work with the communities under the responsibility of the superior
What will make you successful
  • At least a bachelor degree holder (S1) from any major
  • Passionate in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry
  • Have 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-driven and pro-active
  • Experience in crisis management
  • Experienced in handling stakeholders
  • Experience of working in different business functions or across industries
