The Head of Sales Analytics will drive data-driven decision-making by integrating sales data, distributor insights, and consumer intelligence. This role is key to improving accuracy, strengthening market understanding, and accelerating business growth.

A Day in the Life as Head of Sales Analytics

  • Lead sales analytics, projections, and performance analysis across regions and channels
  • Strengthening data lake to analyze distributors and customers performance to at store level to take informed decisions
  • Translate consumer & market data (NIQ, Kantar) into actionable business insights
  • Develop dashboards (Power BI) and drive reporting automation
  • Build and enhance data infrastructure (including data lake initiatives)
  • Lead sales planning, target setting, and performance tracking
  • Manage stakeholder collaboration across Sales, Channel & Category Development, Finance/IT, and Supply Chain
  • Lead and develop a team

What Will Make You Successful

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Data Science, Commercial Analytics, or Consumer Insight, and has successfully delivered on KPIs
  • Strong skills in analytics, forecasting, and data visualization (Power BI)
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources into business strategy
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and results-driven mindset
  • Capacity to understand all sales functions (e.g., Field Sales, Customer, Commercial Development)
