We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support our FMCG operations in Indonesia, working closely with business leaders in a fast‑paced, regulated environment

A Day In The Life As Legal Counsel

• Act as a strategic legal advisor to internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, HR, QA, and Corporate Affairs
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including distribution, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, promotions, and services
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including consumer protection, food law, advertising & labeling, and compliance obligations
• Support corporate governance matters (board/shareholder documentation, internal policies, regulatory filings)
• Assess and manage legal risks, proposing pragmatic, business‑oriented solutions
• Manage disputes and litigation in coordination with external counsel
• Engage with regulators and authorities where required and support regulatory inspections or inquiries
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the FMCG industry and proactively advise the business

What make you successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; advocate license is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of legal experience, with a combination of:
• Top‑tier law firm experience, and
• In‑house experience within FMCG / consumer goods / manufacturing
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance
• Solid understanding of the Indonesian legal and regulatory environment
• Able to translate complex legal issues into practical business advice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a matrix, multi‑stakeholder environment
