  • Implement strategy, standards, processes and activities to fulfill the quality requirements in NESCAFE KIOSK (Beverages Street Vendor) to support businesses development of Nestle Professional
  • Audit and monitor the quality processes and outputs against defined standards in NESCAFE KIOSK
  • Implement continuous improvement programs or activities focused on what consumers value (incl. consumer complaint reduction, defects elimination, efficiency increase and cost reduction).
  • Provide technical support/training  in area of competence (quality & food safety), management system, consumer complaint management, technical acceptance of new products, supplier quality management, sensory, food safety, non-food items or PRPs)
  • Report and troubleshoot process deviations and defects.

What will make you successful 

  • Bachelor (S-1) degrees preferred food science related or Food and Beverages
  • Able to demonstrated competence in their field to support business requirements
  • Having proven track record in successfully implementing quality assurance such as:
    • Participating in project teams
    • Leading part of a change effort
    • Participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects with more senior member
    • Establishing networks of peers, in markets or factories
  • Fluent in English
  • Focus on quality and customers and able to provide solutions.
  • Able to work in a network and familiar with data statistic
