As an Area Sales Executive – Alternative Trade, you will be responsible to lead the field sales team to develop Nestlé’s business in specific channels such as Hotel, Restaurants, Café, Institutional channels and ensuring the excellence in execution of the trade and activities program in the channels.

A day in the life of...
  • Deliver sales target in specific channels by managing the sales operation (e.g Hotel, Restaurants, Café, Institutional channels)
  • Ensure excellence in execution of the trade and activities program in the channel
  • Grow the customers and territory by implementing the agreed strategy in the channel
  • Implement for each investment & monitor the cost effectiveness.
  • Ensure the cross function effectiveness by having collaboration with Sales Executive General & Modern Trade, Alternative Trade Manager, Area Sales Manager and Category/Channel Sales Development.
  • Ensure adherence to all company and government principles, policy and regulation.
What will make you successful
  • A bachelor degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere across Indonesia
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferably in Sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Passionate in Sales & Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry; have the capacity to understands field sales functions such as territory Management and distributor business process
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Self-driven, creative and pro-active
  • Have strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Have proven leadership experience
