Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Supply Chain Development Anayst you will be responsible for driving and capturing distribution cost savings opportunities through a strategic approach of Eliminate, Combine, Reduce, and Simplify. The ideal candidate will support our technology journey within the Supply Chain through automation, analytics, and digitalization to consistently improve efficiency within the value chain.
A day of life of…
- Lead and champion I-Nexus, acting as the Subject Matter Expert in digitalization, analytics tools, and Lean Office principles.
- Drive improvement and efficiency initiatives across the Supply Chain Division using advanced analytical tools.
- Lead logistics saving projects with Distribution Centers (DCs), factories, and Business Units (BUs) to reduce waste and develop innovative ways of working.
- Regularly review and update cost-saving projects with DC, factory supply chain, and corporate supply chain teams to ensure all projects are well maintained and progress is accurately reported in I-Nexus.
- Strengthen market return analysis through automation and create holistic dashboards for market return insights.
- Continuously seek opportunities to fast-track and simplify processes through end-to-end value chain analysis.
- Eliminate manual reporting in the Supply Chain by transforming them into automated reporting systems.
Key Relationships:
- Internal: Supply Chain Director, Head of Physical Logistics & DC, Head of Customer Supply Chain, Head of Demand & Supply Planning, Procurement Dept, Factory Supply Chain.
- External: Value-chain partners including 3PL DC, Co-Man & Forwarding agents for imports.
What will make you successful ?
- At least two years of relevant operations experience in areas such as factories, production and distribution planning, IMS factory logistics, BU demand & supply planning, or O2C/customer service.
- Strong experience in project management and the ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in analytical and automation programs (e.g., Power BI, Access).
- Strong understanding of change management, process improvement, and business transformation.
- Excellent knowledge of the Nestlé business model, organization, and culture.
- Developed knowledge of NCE principles and Lean Value Stream Initiatives.
