Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Supply Planner, means you be responsible as a growth partner for Category by leading the end-to-end Supply Chain Resources for delivering High Service Level at optimal cost, whilst ensuring best utilization of information to plan Materials, Capacity and Supply Strategy.

A day of life of…

• Identify gaps in demand and supply for medium- and long-term plans and suggest actions to bridge this gap.
• Ensuring information flow to Management committee to support decision making process for capacity enhancement and problem resolution.    
• Ensure cost optimum delivery of Service Levels by tight control over Inventories Obsolescence tracking and Supply Strategies
• Ensure continuous improvement in freshness across value chain and Profit Leakages
• Be a key driver for ensuring on time event execution             
• Work closely with Factory Supply Chain teams and Regional Sales teams to ensure seamless flow of information and integrate the feedbacks into the planning            
• Drive Supply Chain Improvement Initiatives for the Category
• Understand and align key supply risk and mitigation plans        

What will make you successful 

• Bachelor of Any Engineering Major 
• Strong operational experience or min. 2 years of experience within functions Supply Chain 
• Has ability to deal with ambiguity            
• Has good presentation and communication skills         
• Strong analytical skills and can-do-it attitude
